OAM Consult was established by former staff members of the UN, the World Bank, NGOs and the private sector. We specialize in four areas: organizational development, programming and evaluation, research, and branding social initiatives.We aim to boost efficiency and effectiveness by investing in talent, technology and cross institutional learning through a people-centered and partnership approach. With an emphasis on flexibility, confidentiality and trust, we leverage a unique blend of management consulting, development and product design approaches as a means to create innovative and scalable solutions.Leveraging private sector and international development approaches, we seek to strike a balance between both social and commercial returns on investment. For us doing philanthropy and development work is a commitment to working in partnership across public and private sectors towards common results.OAM Consult is currently in the process of developing a software tool for organizations to report their impact and track the progress they make against the SDGs.
