We are OB, a motley crew of passionate director agents whose sole mission is to nurture and promote incredible talent for commercials, content and music videos. We look after a handpicked roster of exceptional production companies and a growing portfolio of independent directors. Founded in 2004 by Otis Bell, who quickly acquired a knack for finding and nurturing talent through music videos. As this currency became more relevant to broader markets it wasn't long before we were enticed into the world of advertising. In a rapidly changing media landscape, clients want to collaborate with creative talent in a number of different ways. We are perfectly placed to match that talent with the appropriate infrastructure; whether you need the expertise of a specialist production company or simply a director for hire and anything in between, we'll curate the ideal partnership. We're obsessive about filmmaking, music and all things creative. It's in our DNA, which is why we're always interested in meeting new talent; so why not pop by the office for a cuppa.
