The O'Brate Foundation has been created through the generosity of the Cecil O'Brate Family. The Foundation is currently made up of a Board of Directors of six trustees who are charged with the responsibility of carrying out the goals of the Foundation. Our Mission:The O'Brate Foundation will strive to improve the opportunities for disadvantaged youth in Kansas by assisting with emergency needs, providing educational scholarships to deserving youth, and addressing specific stumbling blocks lying in their path on the road to success.Our Vision:The O'Brate Foundation recognizes that the future is in the hands of today's youth. To make the future brighter for all, disadvantaged youth must be given opportunities for success. The Foundation will strive to improve the chance for success of these Kansas youth.
