Our overall goal is to help enhance the quality of life for our clients by offering state of the art complimentary and alternative health care. Our commitment is to offer integrative approaches to health care by working in conjunction with a family practice physician and using evidenced based complimentary and alternative modalities such as; EEG Biofeedback (Neurofeedback), Hypnotherapy, HeartMath, Energy Medicine, and Wellness Coaching. The methods listed above are employed based on the client's individual needs, not on a "one size fits all" model. At Obsidian Health and Wellness our overall goal is to help enhance the quality of life for our clients. We believe that all people are unique and each of our clients is treated with dignity and respect. We work along with the individual to help them achieve their desired level of wellness. By offering a variety of methods for assisting clients on their path to personal wellness, each individual chooses services in consultation with the team, and when appropriate with other health care providers.
