A deep rooted passion for design and an itch for excruciating precision led to the realization of OCD-Office for Contemporary Design. Our philosophy, as the name suggests, is to stay at par with the constantly evolving practices and requirements of Architecture Design. In doing so, we aim to produce only that which does justice to profession; every facet of our work is processed to microscopic detail ensuring that the project works effortlessly on a holistic level. Our innate drive for computational software and strong focus on cross-platform working ensures that we are able to deliver beyond the client's imagination/expectation. We are eager to adapt to new digital tools and a lot of our enthusiasm stems from the curiosity to explore various platforms of design. Our design process looks to dissect and absorb every aspect of the clients requirements, before the Architect's input even steps in. It is our strong belief that our work begins beyond what the client has envisioned; we don ourselves the ultimate solution to his problems as well as artists to his imaginings/wises/visions. A strong work ethic is a prerequisite to our line of work; deadlines, deliverable and the utmost level of transparency in our work ensures a conducive partnership with our clients. This partnerships abets our workflow, the back and forth nature of coordination and revisions deem more productive as a result of this environment/process. OCD, albeit being a new firm, has existed as an idea since the materialization of its partners' initial collaborates. Possessing a mutual passion for technology and Marvel comics, the two self-proclaimed nerds share the same critical eye and approach to design. An acceptance towards each other views construes all criticism as constructive. A shared love for Architecture humbles us to stay true to the profession.
