After over a decade of working as a consultant for a large national engineering firm, Walter Lugo founded Ocean Engineering Inc. with the goal providing the same high quality, full service engineering coupled with personalized attention and streamlined costs. Now in our second decade of serving South Florida in both the private and public sectors, our satisfied clientele include architects, real estate developers, private owners, corporations, and municipalities. We provide professional services in the area of design, permitting, and construction, phase assistance for residential, commercial and roadway projects.
