Ocean Solutions is a Rural BPO company situated in a small town-Sagar in the state of Karnataka, about 350kms away from Bangalore.The objective of Ocean Solutions is to assimilate rural India into the knowledge economy by introducing rural youth to BPO opportunities and providing employment to them in their own villages.In today's world, the lack of employment opportunity is luring people from villages to cities. Corporates can benefit immensely by taking jobs to people rather than bringing people to jobs. Besides bringing cost effectiveness to clients, the Ocean Solutions ecosystem ensures complete information protection, guaranteed service levels, a committed work force and business continuity. The model we envisaged was that of a professionally run 20 seat facility running in 2 shifts offering services to global clients. The facility would be located in a geography of 10-100k population and would train the educated under employed. The benefits would be:1.
