History of Nabresco:Odeh Naber & Sons Transport Co. (Nabresco) is a specialized Jordanian land transport company. Nabresco was established by the late Odeh S. Naber in 1945 where it was the only existing company of its kind in Jordan and the region.In the early years, Nabresco's fleet was limited to four trucks and cranes that were used in providing services in the Jordanian market, including the port of Aqaba.Later, during the seventies and the eighties, in line with the relative growth of the Jordanian economy, and in the view of the growing demand for strategic transportation, Nabresco acquired hundreds of heavy duty trucks to its fleet that enabled Nabresco to successfully perform a large number of transport projects and management contacts, which undoubtedly shall remain highlights in the achievement record of the company.Operations Background:Nabresco has executed many large projects in Jordan and the region (Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia).In addition to these large projects, Nabresco was able to successfully execute very large projects such as the transportation of Relief Cargo on behalf of the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) in Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, and Uganda-Rwanda.Nabresco is a company that specializes in Land Transportation of Heavy Lifts, and Project Cargo such as Containers, Tankers, Silos, as well as Steel Erection and Crane Hire.Nabresco also offers Door-to-Door Project Cargo Transport, International Forwarding and Customs Clearance through its sister company Naber & Co. International Forwarders.
