odeSa stands for Original Designs by Sarabel. Sarabel has been a designer for four decades designing everything from floral arrangements to fountains to landscape designs. Most importantly, odesa has grown to encompass Fourth Quarter Living, the premise that people can "live well" in the fourth quarter of their life cycle. An important tool in the goal to live well is the PowerPlate. An exercise modality that uses 3 dimensional whole body vibration to tone and repair muscle tissue at an accelerated rate.
