Odessa Development Fund (ODF) is a public organization which creates and determines interesting projects for the further implementation of them. ODF is a non-profit, non-governmental and nonpartisan organization. The projects are implemented by own and attracted resources. The main mission of the Odessa Development Fund is to improve the welfare and living standards of the population of Odesa. Achievement's main mission is to ensure raise next objectives: the sustained socio-economic growth of the city and citizens, high-quality rates of economic growth of the city, strengthening the competitive position of Odesa in Ukraine and in the world.
