ODIN institute Details
Odin Institute has developed the ODC®, ODIN Development Compass®. The Odin Institute wants to roll out the ODC® worldwide, placing the development and assessment tool in the hands of consultants, coaches and HR departments within large companies. To this end a network of resellers and licence holders is being set up. From within this network, coaches, consultants and HR professionals will be guided in turn to assist in the (professional) development of their ‘end-customers'. ODC® is considered by customers and current users to be ‘the better MBTI'. It stands out from other assessment tools due to the subconscious motives that it maps, linked to the developability of competencies. In this, Odin Institute plays into the newest development in Human Capital thinking. Within this growing market, Odin Institute continues to develop its ODC® assessment tool for specific target groups and markets.
