I'm one of those unique individuals who is highly analytic, organized, detailed AND creative. I wear many hats, and I love making sense of confusion, turning chaos into order, and bringing ambiguity to clarity. There is creativity in that. But I also love helping to create a brand's meaningful difference to their consumers. I'm passionate about how everything a brand does impacts how a customer thinks feels and acts. I love seeing trends evolve over time and the promise of new things. But I also love the loyalty and emotional connection customers feel for a brand when its brand story is done right; they see it visually AND they feel it viscerally. And my business side sees that marketing builds the bridges to the rest of the organization. That's because it builds, reinforces and enhances the experiences of customers, which in turn drives them to continue to buy the brand.Visual design and branding is of equal importance to user experience. And my unique background allows me to see the complex relationships between both sides and to identify creative and/or imaginative ways to solve problems or drive changes on both sides of the fence.
