The Officers' Spouses Club of Whidbey Island is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping spouses connect socially and to giving back to our local community through scholarships and donations. Since 2006, OSCWI has provided over $100,000 for local charities, community programs, and college scholarships.We offer military dependent scholarships for spouses continuing their educations as well as graduating seniors pursuing a college degree. We also award donations annually to local non profits to enrich our community.
