Launched in December 2014,offMLS is a platform for licensed real estate brokers to list properties prior to or in lieu of listing them on the MLS, or to post want ads and find non-MLS properties that may be a perfect fit for their clients. We aim to broaden the pre- and non-MLS marketplace, making it more efficient by opening membership to all agents regardless of production volume or brokerage affiliation. This will maximize value for all buyers and sellers.
