Ohanasia Ltd is a trading company developed by French entrepreneurs living and working in Shanghai since 1999. The company is focused on sourcing and buying goods throughout all of China with an emphasis on quality. Prior to their permanent residency in Shanghai, their first buying trips in China took place in the early 90s. When they opened their first office in Shanghai, in 1999, the emphasis was on textile related goods, specifically relative to the garment industry. As the company has grown, the product range has expanded as well to include goods such as furniture and accessories. Being French allows them to deeply understand western needs (in terms of quality standards and fashion trends), and living in China for so long (speaking the language and understanding the culture) enables them to communicate and do business in a less conflicting way, with Chinese manufacturers – the buying know-how in China is no longer a secret; it makes them the perfect bridge, and allows them to offer customers a unique position to provide qualitative products at competitive prices. During the last decade, in addition to its 2 main specialized departments (garment and furniture) , Ohanasia has worked on various projects for customers with specific requests, in diverse sectors. Due to these specific requests, Ohanasia has an independent and polyvalent team that is ready, at any time, to work on a new, specific idea that you may have, and they will be more than glad to dedicate a team and co-develop a new customized project with and for you.
