We are not a call center; we assign a single pharmacist to work with your patients to provide pharmacy branding and increase patient engagement. We handle all printing, quality assurance, and mailing of the patient take-aways, and provide Tele-Medicine, and telephonic communication thru secure HIPAA/HITECH compliant connections.
