Synolos- Established 2012 Synolos is a NOT for profit making organisation (CIC) which seeks to support young people and the local community of West Oxfordshire, the business is chiefly run for social objectives, whose profits are reinvested in the business rather than going to shareholders and owners. Synolos has a passion to improve the life chances of the most vulnerable young people within society. The company aims to support, young people struggling at schools (KS2 to KS4), NEETs, young people with social and emotional difficulties and young people with disabilities seeking training and employment.
