A Nordic PerspectiveOle Andre Braten is passionate about building resilience and change capacity for his clients - as well as safer, sustainable society through research and collaboration. He consults on both operational and strategic topics, he facilitates corporate training programs, workshops and seminars. Mr Braten holds a M. Phil degree in Work- and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oslo, and is a graduate from The Norwegian Police University College and The Norwegian Army Military Police Academy, were he graduated with honours - representing Norway at the Supreme Headquerters Allied Powers Europe, NATO.He later served with the United Nations in Peacekeeping Operation in South-Lebanon. Upon returning to Norway he joined the Norwegian Police service, where he after 10 years retired as a Police Superintendent and Assistant Professor at the Norwegian Police University College. On leaving the service he trained as an Industrial & Organizational Psychology specialist from the University of Oslo to elaborate further on change and development on the individual, team, leadership and organizational level. Published Academic Author on the emerging topics of Crisis Management, Societal Safety, Emergency Preparedness & Crisis Leadership. Powerfull communicator both on and off stage, feeling equal at home in the boardroom as with frontline personell. Braten is a virtual keynote speaker, podcaster and webinar host. To balance his business life Ole Andre enjoys contemporary arcitecture, kajaking and randone-skiing. He reciedes in Norway.
