Oliver Industrial Eats believes that connecting people through food creates better community. Our mission is to expand the local food economy by supporting its producers. We provide resources to the food entrepreneur and a place for the public to experience food.We strive to provide the south Okanagan with a community space where people can interact, develop, and learn over food.We offer both memberships in our kitchen incubator or individual work station rental on a subscription or drop in basis through our web based calendar.Our continuum of learning options, are designed to create consistentlyawesome introductory content while tapping into a network of specialists to help people take their skills to higher levels.We forge alliances with chefs, farmers, and grassroots organizations that promote self- sufficiency, food security, and sustainability through education.We provide resources to the food entrepreneur through vertical integration of services including opportunities to showcase member's skills, services and products through our fast casual counter deli and our venue showcase.
