OUR MISSIONOLLI @Berkeley creates and facilitates a public space for the community and campus to experience the joy and benefits of lifelong learning. OUR STORYWe are a community of older adults radically curious about the world. We pursue knowledge, embrace connections, celebrate ideas, and contribute wisdom and expertise to advance the study of learning over lifetimes.As a UC Berkeley institute, we offer our members (ages 50+) dozens of courses taught by campus faculty and other leading scholars and experts, as well as shared-interest clubs, field trips, activities, and travel. We also participate in research partnerships — both UC and private — focused on lifelong learning and human-centered design.OUR SUPPORTERSOLLI @Berkeley is supported by the Bernard Osher Foundation and is one of 124 Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes in the country. We are also sustained by the generous donations and powerhouse volunteerism of our roughly 3,000 members.
