Olson & Associates is an implementation-focused, ethics and compliance consultancy that focuses on the underlying drivers of organizational behavior to create long-lasting and robust change for its clients. Our proprietary approach draws from the behavioral sciences to identify, measure, mitigate, and then monitor the underlying attitudes, beliefs, and values that govern behavior. More significantly, this approach also evaluates these changes to validate the effectiveness of the mitigation strategies—as well as the ethics and compliance program—by testing objectively for improvement due solely to these strategies. We believe strongly that true change is only possible using this holistic approach.
