Olympia was founded with the purpose of providing companies operating in the Chicagoland area access to a deep network of individuals with consulting backgrounds. Our belief was (and still is) that companies will look to consulting environments for future leaders given that consultants possess strong skills in the areas of management, industry knowledge, problem solving across multiple functional areas, and executive relationship building.Today, the majority of our work with clients is either on a retained or exclusive basis. Given this, we have deep client relationships and truly partner with them on their growth initiatives.
