Consulting services for Ombuds Office Exploration, Planning, Set-Up/Installation. External Ombuds/Roaming/Retainer Services on an AdHoc basis for Conventions and Professional Conferences. We can provide consultation and resources to clients 2-20 hours per week.We can guide HR and the C-Suite through the process of starting the conversation with your constituents about having a need for an Ombuds service. We can design an educational and orientation campaign, identify the financial and administrative needs of the Ombuds and its office, assist with communication campaigns, find alternatives on how to build consensus, and prepare the institution for the services of the new Ombuds.We provide guidance on what to expect from an Ombuds Office, what goes into the identification of the best candidate for the office, particulars about the search and hire process, salary requirements, what to include in the terms of the Charter Agreement, and assistance in clarifying IOA guidance.We also provide retainer services for part-time Ombuds Services from 2-20 hours per week and contract mediation.
