Omeida Language College was founded in 2001 in the famous and beautiful town of Yangshuo, Guilin, southeast China. Omeida provides both English training to Chinese as well as Chinese language and cultural courses (Taichi, calligraphy, cooking etc.) for non-Chinese students. The English courses are mainly for adults (age from 18 to 65) and young learners (age 14 to 18) . During summer time (July & August), special summer English classes will be available for kids from age 7 to 14. The summer classes are getting popular among students and parents for its high-quality due to small classes (8-12 students/class), dynamic and inspiring teaching ways. International university interns and ESL teachers are encouraged to get involved in the summer teaching to enable those who want to have a meaningful summer time in Yangshuo China.Omeida also runs a 7-day Summer English Camp program for groups and individuals in Yangshuo. This program is getting popular for a combination of study and traveling in the beautiful Yangshuo with foreign teachers and volunteers involved in class teaching and outdoor activities.Omeida makes efforts guarantee students have a total English environment, and students of all levels are required to speak English ONLY at Omeida College. English training classes are mostly taught by experienced native English teachers and are limited to a manageable 8-12 students. With a low student-to-teacher ratio and a saturating environment, students make rapid progress here. After leaving, our past students can't help but tell their friends, colleagues and relatives to come study at Omeida too. Occasionally, even students from other Asian countries like Korea, Taiwan and Japan come to Omeida learn English. "English Only" is our motto at Omeida Language College."Help others, help yourself" is our attitude when it comes to working along side others.
