We are a development and consultancy firm, with special capabilities in microfinance, investment management, enterprise development, community development, and institutional development. We have strong capacity building skills and we are a team player; with hands-on experience in governance, management, operations, finance and administration.We provide technical assistance (TA) to develop and strengthen organizational capacities of microfinance institutions (MFIs), enterprise support agencies, community development organizations and businesses for greater efficiency, effectiveness in delivery of services, improved service quality, enhanced community livelihood security, and attainment of scale and profitability while serving their mission. Faculty: Our consultants are practitioners, serving at both board and management levels of various organizations, and bringing along a fine blend of professional skills and a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience.Our team leader, Omondi Okoyo, has extensive experience in microfinance and enterprise development; having served in senior management, executive and board levels of national and international organizations. He is well known for extensive work among MFIs, NGOs, CBOs and faith based organizations across the region. He delivers both formal training and on-site advice, and has developed numerous technical assistance modules that clients have often confessed to be of real value addition to their organizational performance.Our Clients: We serve a wide variety of businesses, nonprofits providing services to their community, organizations that serve nonprofits, community development, enterprise development, microfinance agencies, foundations, NGOs, BDS providers, CBOs, management support organizations, training centers, associations, co-operatives, SACCOs, small businesses, commercial enterprises, local authorities and government departments.
