With more than 30 years of marketing experience I could see a great shift in consumer behavior that is sending shock-waves through the traditional marketing agency world. Some agencies are picking up on the rapidly changing consumer behaviors and including the new social and inbound marketing channels to reach them. Others do not have a clue and are stuck in the old traditional one-way interruptive communication methods. Meeting the consumer where they are takes more than just building a facebook page and using other social media tools. It involves other aspects of improving how your web site is going to be found.
