Adrienne Baldwin is the owner of On The Path. She holds a 6-12 mathematics teaching certificate with an endorsement in gifted education. She is a certified Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Hypnotist. Additionally, she is a professional natural bikini competitor.Adrienne has 14 years of classroom experience as a 6-12 gifted mathematics teacher, paraprofessional educator, substitute teacher, and college instructor. Currently, Adrienne is the lead mathematics instructor at a local college where she teaches a variety of math courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and online format. She also has experience as a math consultant for a major textbook company. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University where she majored in actuarial science. And a Master of Arts in Teaching from Georgia State University where she majored in Mathematics Education.In addition to being a teacher, she was a district-wide trainer and curriculum developer for the 9th-grade mathematics course for 4 years. She collected and analyzed data to help develop curriculums that most benefit student learning then redeliver the findings to other teachers in the district. As a high school teacher, she incorporates a lot of technology into her teaching practices exposing students to an abundance of resources many of them do not realize exist. She discusses resources and teaches them how to use their main resource they carry with them every day; their cellphones. She is a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker. She has a strong ability to examine data to see the larger picture represented and think outside the box if necessary. She can complete complex research projects from the process of gathering information and collaborating with team members and supervisors.
