Welcome to On The Wagon - KombuchaIt all started with a single SCOBY, a couple of glass jars, lots of sweet tea, and no shortage of kitchen mishaps (aka. explosions). As we continued to tinker with our recipe month after month, we began to take homemade Kombucha to every dinner party, pouring alongside wine and champagne, enjoying during and after meals over lively conversations. Before long, our Kombucha became an indispensable part of every friendly get-together, with drinkers and non-drinkers alike both craving for this ultra-uplifting, naturally bubbly drop that is also remarkably good for you. The idea eventually came that we'd like to share the joy of our Kombucha with the wider community, and to create something that is truly and proudly made in Hong Kong.Ash & Alvin
