On Time Fire Pty Ltd is a partner of On Time Insulation Pty Ltd, born in January 2021 out of the necessity to formalize professional passive fire solutions in the HVAC and building industries. Founded by directors Mark Taylor and Rhys Howard, it utilizes the experience and capability of On Time Insulation which has been installing passive fire systems since 2010 and HVAC insulation since 1988. Clients now have the opportunity to package thermal and acoustic insulation contracts alongside accredited installation of passive fire systems with one point of contact. This eliminates the use of multiple subcontractors and delivers cost savings and time efficiency. Employees working across both companies have an understanding that passive fire systems can be incorporated into thermal insulation systems seamlessly.On Time Fire aims to be a specialist passive fire contractor for the HVAC industry. With a deep understanding of insulation and mechanical services, solutions can be tailed to HVAC contractors to ensure they are getting the best system for the job. We are a Gold Members of the Fire Protection Association Australia (FPAA) and employ FPAA accredited Fire Safety Assessors.
