Onart started out in 1998 as a small creative agency with few clients. Between then and now, the agency has grown still believing in long lasting relationships, different thinking, simplicity and technical quality. The basic rules for Onart can be well described by John Thackara's useful points of innovation: - Don't think "new product", think social value. - Think social value before "tech". - Enable human agency. Design people into situations, not out of them. - Use, not own. Possession is old paradigm. - Think P2P (peer to peer), not point-to-mass. - Don't think faster, think closer. - Don't start from zero. Re-mix what's already out there. - Connect the big and the small. - Think whole systems (and new business models, too). - Think open systems, not closed ones.
