One 2 One was born in 1998 because I had owned several businesses, have a passion for business and high performance and genuinely enjoy seeing people grow, develop and achieve more in their business and realise more of their potential in life. I am an experienced Businessman offering strategic support through high performance Coaching / Mentoring services and tailored workshops. The people I work with want to raise the bar and are ready to learn and be open minded to new ideas. Different thinking can open the way to new opportunities, better decision making and breakthrough results. I offer my clients added objectivity and well intentioned pragmatism. I am also a believer that the impossible is always possible. It often just takes belief and focus to make better stuff happen. I also have considerable experience with business partnerships and highly recommend that any the people contemplating forming a working partnership and those in an existing partnership have a full and open facilitated conversation about the Goals, Roles and Responsibilities, expectations, inputs, outputs and timing plus the 4D's (Disability, Death, Discord and Dissolution) before challenges as early as possible and definitely in advance of issues or disagreements occurring, if possible. After 5 partnerships in business I am able to bring some experience and an objective perspective to the conversation I facilitate with business partners.
