One Globe Solar, LLC (OGS) operates as a subsidiary business unit of One Globe Corporation (www.oneglobecorporation.com). \\Founded in 2009 and based in Golden, Colorado, the company focuses on the development and management of large-scale commercial and utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) energy producing assets in domestic and select international markets. OGS is organized to optimize the performance of four essential functions:\\• Project Opportunity Portfolio – The organization develops and services partnerships that aggregate sizable portfolios of commercial real estate (rooftops and land) and federal facilities that are pre-qualified and suitable for solar PV energy asset development. This lowers the cost of sales, creates hardware and service-pricing leverage through volume turnover, and rationalizes asset service and maintenance operations.\\• Project Funding – The organization systematically processes portfolio opportunities through technical and financial performance gates that yield projects meeting asset class criteria and that will produce operating income commensurate with asset harvest objectives. Funding partners understand that they will be offered a consistently vetted product that will perform at pro forma expectations.\\• Asset Development – The organization moves funded projects through standardized engineering, installation, and certification processes to maximize project delivery time, quality, energy production, serviceability, and asset valuation. This is accomplished, in part, by developing and servicing exemplary installation and service provider partnerships.\\• Asset Harvest – The organization rapidly moves funded projects through the asset development process and harvests the life cycle value of the asset by selling the asset to a tax-equity investor, ReIT (Renewable energy Investment Trust), or other type of investor. Such investors are pooled together through real estate and financing partners and other market activities.
