One Hundred Days was founded in 2003 as a non-profit that exists to build restoration in Rwanda.Background: In the spring of 1994, the Republic of Rwanda was engulfed in the flames of genocide. As the rest of the world watched, ethnic tensions boiled over and Rwandans experienced incomprehensible horror as neighbors, friends, and families were massacred.When the killing stopped one million people had perished in one hundred days. More than a decade has passed, peace has come, exiles are returning, Rwanda is rebuilding.
