Civil Engineering - Round Rock, Texas, United States
We are a 501c3 United States Charity/NGO with the institutional charge to train and teach people throughout the world to use our award winning inventions. We are a winner of the Patents for Humanity Award for our method of drilling reverse flow water wells. We are NOT a well drilling charity. We are an invention, training, engineering and educational charity. To fulfill our duty we must provide training for people that want to use our method of life saving water point installation. We have trained NGO's, charities, governmental organizations and religious institutions to use and build our equipment. We are funded by donations and grants. We have multiple inventions that are in hand or currently provisional. Our inventions include two different hand drilling methods, a new low cost pipe wrench, a low cost pipe fork, a new type of water pump, a solar powered drill rig, a hydraulic top drive drill rig and a reciprocating motion device. Out drilling tool works as a force multiplier through impact under the laws of physics. The energy at the bit is a function of the stroke and mass of the submerged PVC where the mass of the water carries the weight of the tool via buoyancy without diminishing the mass/energy applied to the bit. Mass times acceleration is not hampered by the mass of the tool in water. Our drilling fluid circulation is accomplished by reverse circulation whereby the weight of the fluid when mixed with air inside the drill stem is lighter than the weight of the drill fluid outside the drill stem which causes a circulation down the borehole and up the drill stem. Our system uses air for imparting energy to the drill fluid rather than an impeller and seal in a centrifugal pump. Therefore no abrasive materials contact our prime mover, therefore there is no wearing of parts by the sand or abrasives that are trapped within the drilling fluid. In every way, our drilling system is less expensive, more durable and faster than any other drilling method.
