One Penny Per Mile, Inc. (OPPM) is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization formed to help fight global warming. Our mission is to finance on-site renewable energy systems, free of charge, for other non-profit public educational organizations.Please visit our website at www.onepennypermile.org to learn more about how we finance our work with contributions from owners/operators of automobiles. OPPM offers automobile owners the opportunity to directly offset the CO2 they produce while driving, in a manner that creates positive change. We also strive to provide education on sustainable energy systems, and on driving reduction strategies.Contributions are tax deductible. While we encourage drivers to contribute a penny for every mile driven annually, donations of any amount at all are greatly appreciated.
