ne World Brigades is a nonprofit organization founded by Dr. Julie Spaniel to deliver dental and medical services and education to international communities with limited or no access to healthcare, while providing volunteer opportunities and to college and high school students. Dr. Spaniel has been serving the people of Honduras and Ghana for more then 20 years, providing care to thousands of people. She has been bringing student groups to Honduras, Nicaragua, Ghana and most recently, Uganda, since 2010.
