Am I a Foodie? Call me what you will but, one day; after yet another mediocre meal, at a new restaurant with a friend; I began to wonder, why's the average dining experience so, uhm, average? Frankly, it's nothing like the times I traveled 2 hours to Pat's for a cheese steak, or even 15 minutes to The Pine Hill Deli for that bacon egg & cheese… But what was so different, what was I doing wrong? Then it hit me! Food adventures always begin with the food first, then a mission to experience that ‘One signature Dish'. I had my AHA moment. When I couldn't find an app that simply showed me the ‘best' dish from each nearby restaurant, I knew that it was up to me to create it… and OneDish® was born!
