As for you, OneFibre will make your building highly desirable to today's tenants who demand high speed internet from the moment their lease begins. The process:We go through an eligibility test based on the building(s) you would like to install free fibre. The eligibility criteria examines things such as:• Precise building location relative to our ‘on net' exchange• Distance from the nearest node• Number of available floors within the building• An assessment of the likely take-up from incoming tenantsIf your building passes, then we will install Fibre in as little as 3 weeks from the date of application.There is no commitment on your behalf other than a commitment to inform your incoming tenants that OneFibre exists in your building. Also there is no obligation from your tenants, who have the option of using any other provider should they please.
