Gas Maintenance Company based in Ayr. Installation, Service & Repair all make and model of Gas appliances. 16 engineers covering the west coast of Scotland. We are qualified to work in commercial business premises. We also have a Bathroom & Fireplace showroom. Additionally we have a 24/7 emergency service to offer 365 days a year. Bespoke CRM system The company has invested in a new cutting edge CRM system called Job Logic. This system is cloud based enabling O'Neil to offer our larger commercial clients full personal and private access to their properties through an online portal. Customers can view in real time live information of any on-going or planned maintenance relating to their business. In addition there is an ability to print such things as the current Gas Safety certification. Workforce We currently directly employ a mixture of 16 gas engineers and plumbers. Having a large workforce is one of the reasons we deliver excellent service. Being able to move staff efficiently depending on the priority of the call is key to the reason why we are used by commercial clients.
