We offer a unique kind of"Net Zero Investment" (OPEX or CAPEX) financing program, where an Energy Services Company (ESCO) will undertake the entire project without any upfront investment, and be able to retire the associated "loan" via an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) over a specified period from a sharing of (typically 50-50) of the energy savings derived as a result of using LED lightings.
