One Punch Boxing Conditioning Classes are aimed to suit both male and females of all fitness levels and ages. Although no boxing experience is needed this class is also to suit those who aim to gain technique as you will be trained by a professional boxer with years of experience. The class is taught by two trainers to ensure that a more personalised session is guaranteed.The class will involve a range of exercises and drills including physical conditioning exercises (eg Push ups & sit ups) along with punching focus mitts and boxing drills. Everyone will learn to punch with good technique, learn how to box properly and learn how to hold focus mitts correctly delivered with One Punch's unique exercises and activities.
