The idea behind the Online Performance Institute is to inform you about all the different approaches to training and help you make a decision as to the best way to train. The staff at the Online Performance Institute has been involved in training and educating individuals for over 15 years. We are always looking for ways to improve our coaching style and methods. Our coaches are constantly searching to design training routines that create an efficient athlete and educate the individual on the proper training principles. The search for the perfect routine starts with the creation of the right evaluation method and continues with the research for the best training method. This goal, to become the best strength coaches in the industry, lead the Online Performance Institute staff to create the ultimate online resource for training enthusiasts. The Online Performance Institute staff's accomplishments are many, from training first overall picks of the NFL draft, to all star selections in baseball, basketball, hockey and football, to competitive wheelchair athletes and recreational athletes trying to train smarter. We have presented materials on multi-directional movement, core stabilization training, plyometric exercises, recovery and regeneration, power production, and evaluating athletes just to name a few. We have worked with all ages of individuals from six to eighty. The goals are similar, to enhance athletic performance. The Online Performance Institute will offer you information, updated research, actual video clips of the exercises and a common sense approach to training.
