Onsight Coaching is based in Godalming, Surrey and offers professional climbing coaching throughout London and the South East of England. Including day trips to climb outside on Southern Sandstone, Portland Swanage and International Trips to Spain. We can offer climbing coaching for all levels; beginner to advanced. The sessions can cover Technique, Mobility & Stability, Strength & Conditioning, Fitness and Psychology for Climbing as well as technical advice preparing you for your first trip outdoors. We also work alongside leading Health Professionals to help climbers rehabilitate from Injury or offer training programs to help prevent injury.
