Inspiring a better tomorrowGuided by a Board of Directors comprised of residents and LTC sector leaders, the Ontario Association of Residents' Councils (OARC) is a not-for-profit association representing Ontario LTC residents and their respective Residents' Councils.Through relationships, education and awareness, OARC assists Residents' Councils in improving their effectiveness and sustainability and encourages residents to participate in decisions affecting them. OARC efforts are directly informed by a resident advisory group called REAL (Resident Expert Advisors and Leaders), the members of which are truly "experts by experience," lending their voices and sharing ideas.
