The Ontario Center for Recycling Research is a not for profit organization devoted to advancing understanding of waste management research and policy in Canada.Our mission is to assist stakeholders in designing and carrying out projects by offering methodological and analytical support through all stages of project development.Services include: Identifying data needs, developing strategies to acquire necessary data (survey/interview design, sampling strategies etc), analysis of results (using a range of statistical techniques) and cost modeling. Our goal is to improve the transparency, neutrality and empirical rigor of work currently being carried out in Canada's waste management sector, by forging partnerships between industry, government and academia. We are a non-fee service (free) and are funded entirely by 3rd party grants. In exchange for any services rendered, the Ontario Center for Recycling Research will reserve the right to publish findings from projects for dissemination with the broader research community.
