Our first 5 years… Ontario Tutors was founded in April of 2004 with one adult upgrading student. We now occupy a 3100 square foot professional office space in Belleville, Ontario and a 3400 square foot office space in Kingston, Ontario. Both locations are fully staffed and operating to capacity. For the first five years our focus has been on providing and improving on educational services to Disability Management Companies. We've developed and maintained a highly motivated staff with virtually no turnover. The reputation that we've built with students and referral agencies has enabled us to develop a successful customized adult upgrading and training business. We achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification in November 2008. ISO 9001:2000 is a rigorous, international standard to address customer requirements, customer satisfaction and continual improvement. The certification was confirmed by QMI-SAI Global through an independent audit of Ontario Tutors' management system and business processes.
