We're an interdisciplinary team of enthusiastic and understanding individuals who are dedicated to educating young minds for their current studies, whilst proactively preparing them for their lives beyond high school.We recognise that millennials are faced with a rapidly evolving society and that their formal education often focuses on preparing for end-of-year exams. However, this does not necessarily prepare them for the world beyond school or provide them with skills and capabilities they need to make informed decisions about their future.Our team of Mentors aim to inspire our students to find their life's purpose and assists them to accomplish the goals that lead them to it - academically and personally. Our approach provides a holistic psychosocial and educational experience. We do this by equipping students with skills and strategies that will enable them to pursue their goals through consistent and meaningful actions, a balanced lifestyle, education and ongoing support from the OnTrack community.
