Agility is evolving in waves under many branded solution: Lean, Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile, Digital Enterprise, Team of Teams, SAFe, Enterprise Scrum, DevOps, Kanban... Separately or combined, these methods improve agility. Some solutions have yet to be defined. Some solutions have yet to be created. Agility is more than agile methods and more than agile mindset. It is a way of being.Who?With open agile solutions, you are part of the solution and we are part of the solution. We co-create a solution. This solution is a new way of being. The solution that we create improves our work, social interactions, mindset, culture, and way of being. Together we can increase creativity, productivity, happiness, agility, and more.
