At Open Flow, we do not view ourselves as a standalone learning centre. Our foundations are rooted in a place-based approach to Agile Learning, Design Thinking and Well-being. These foundations are applied and delivered through the basis of Inquiry, STEAM and Project-based learning.We value the interconnectedness we draw upon from other education philosophies and approaches to learning with children at the centre utilizing true self-directed learning. These are of great importance to us as a learning centre. The many generations of research and knowledge should not be ignored or held in fact, they are to be honoured and celebrated so they too may evolve. How learners navigate their wider world stems from their environment. How those in their environment engage with the wider world offers a firm foundation in the value of interconnectedness.
