Planners then search OpenInventory's online database by their requested dates with the budgeted rate and meeting space needed. Planners can search by region, by state or by city. Once the information is entered, the planner gets results before ever talking to a hotel sales person. No more time spent searching for hotels, waiting for calls back from sales managers and seemingly endless negotiations. Planners simply see the results that meet their needs and know when they click the "Interested" button on the hotels they like, only those hotels will be reaching out to them.
